Waitlist tracker
Centres, dates and notes you add to My waitlist tracker are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data deletes them; use “Export CSV” to keep a copy.
Fee, wait-time and doctor reports
When you submit a form, we store what you entered, the time, the page it came from, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address (used only to limit spam). Your email is stored only if you choose to give it. Submissions go to a private moderation queue and are not shown publicly until reviewed. Approved information may be published in summary form without your name or email. We don't sell or share submissions.
Maps and hosting
Map tiles load from OpenStreetMap servers and the map library loads from unpkg.com, so those services receive your IP address when you view a map. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard request logs.
Cookies
We don't set advertising or tracking cookies.
Requests
To ask us to delete a submission, contact the site operator and include the approximate date and details of your submission.
